King City is an unincorporated Canadian community in the township of King, Ontario, located north of Toronto in York county. It is the largest community in King township. King City is 8km north of Vaughan and 9km northwest of Richmond Hill. Access to King City is by King Rd from the west and east. Plus Keele St, also known as York Regional Rd 6 from the north and south. The main intersection and the center of King City is King Rd and Keele St intersection. On its western end, King City is accessible by Highway 400. King City is located at Exit 43, King Road.
King City GO Station (Stop ID: 4531), located at the intersection of Station Rd and Keele St, at the south end of the town, is the main station for public transportation.
