Langstaff is a residential area at the tripoint of the cities of Richmond Hill, Markham, and Vaughan in York Region, Ontario, Canada. Located near Highway 7 and Yonge Street. The East Don River and CN Rail Bala subdivision runs through the area.
It borders Bayview Glen to the north, Richvale to the northwest, and Thornhill-Markham to the south. Highway 7 forms a natural boundary to the north; as well as Royal Orchard Boulevard to the south. A railway from GO train station passes through the community and runs diagonally, exiting towards German Mills.
Heintzman House is located at 135 Bay Thorn Dr along Royal Orchard Park, nearby Toronto New Light Presbyterian Church. Heading further north of BayThorn Drive are the schools of Baythorn Public School and Andreas School. Continuing west then Normark Drive is Pioneer Park. Other educational buildings include Woodland Public School on 120 Royal Orchard Blvd, St. Anthony Catholic School on 141 Kirk Drive, Stornoway Crescent Public School on 36 Stornoway Crescent. Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church is the only other place of worship within the area. Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery & Funeral Home on 8361 Yonge Street occupies the northwest portion of the neighbourhood.
Along the retail strip on Yonge Street between Bay Thorn Drive and Kirk Drive are food preparation establishments such as Wimpy’s Diner, Tutto Bene Osteria Ltd, Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge, Philoxenia Greek Cuisine, and Terra Restaurant.
Langstaff has several bus stops along Yonge Street and Royal Orchard Boulevard.
