Beverley Acres Richmond Hill

Beverley Acres is a smaller residential area within Richmond Hill at the southwest corner of Yonge Street and Major Mackenzie Drive. It has an approximate area of 2.4 kilometres or 1.49129 miles.

It is on the south to Major Mackenzie Drive East, on the north to Weldrick Road East, on the east to Yonge Street, and on the west to Bayview Avenue. To the southeast is the immediate residential neighbourhood of Bayview Hill.

The residential has a couple of green spaces namely Essex Parkette, Glenbrae Park on 372 Paliser Crescent South, Harding Park on 300 Cedar Avenue, Lennox Park on 176 Palmer Avenue and right across is Palmer Park on 230 Palmer Avenue. Adjacent to Glenbrae Park is the education buildings of St. Joseph Catholic School and St. Joseph Child Care Centre. Other schools that serve the residential are EdFlex Education, and Richmond Hill Daycare.

Yanviriya II Buddhist Temple is located on 166 Cedar Avenue and is the only place of worship within the residential.
